How soon will I receive my order?

Your order will leave the warehouse within two business days, and you can expect to receive your order approximately two days after that.

Two-day orders placed after 1:00PM (ET) on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Your tracking number will be included in your confirmation email.


What is the return policy?

We want you to be completely thrilled with your purchase. Platinum Born offers complimentary returns on online orders received within 30 days of receipt, with the Platinum Born shipping tag still attached to the item. We cannot accept returns with the shipping tag removed. If you are unhappy with the item or it arrives in damaged condition, please fill out the form below within 30 days of receipt to receive a return authorization number and return shipping label. Packages without a return authorization number cannot be accepted. We will not accept returns of special orders, sized items, engraved items, or items that show signs of wear.

Please note: More than three consecutive returns will result in a suspension of purchasing ability until you have spoken with a customer service representative.
