Shipping
How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Your tracking number will be included in your confirmation email.

What are your shipping options and delivery times?

You can expect to receive your order two business days after shipping. Two-day orders placed after 1:00PM (ET) on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. Platinum Born offers a complimentary FedEx Standard 2-day Air Shipping and Handling service as well as FedEx Standard Overnight Air service ($17 Shipping and Handling). Precious cargo requires meticulous measures. We require the signature of an adult over the age of 18 upon delivery of Platinum Born online orders. To protect your purchase, Platinum Born does not ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. 

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

Unfortunately, we do not ship to other international addresses at this time. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may take additional time.

What jewelry packaging is included in the delivery?

All Platinum Born jewelry pieces are packaged in a luxury branded jewelry pouch. 

Returns & Exchanges
What is Platinum Born’s return policy?

We want you to be completely thrilled with your purchase. Platinum Born offers complimentary returns on online orders received within 30 days of receipt, with the Platinum Born shipping tag still attached to the item. We cannot accept returns with the shipping tag removed. If you are unhappy with the item or it arrives in damaged condition, please contact customercare@platinumborn.com or call 212-840-6509 within 30 days of receipt to receive a return authorization number and return shipping label. Packages without a return authorization number cannot be accepted. We will not accept returns of special orders, sized, engraved items, or items that show signs of wear. 

How long does it take for returns to be processed?

Upon receiving the returned item(s) in original saleable condition with shipping tag attached, Platinum Born will issue a refund. It may take several days before the refund amount is available in your bank account. 

Can I exchange my Platinum Born item for a different item?

Within 30 days of receipt, items in saleable condition with shipping tag attached may be exchanged for a different item. If the newly selected item is at a lower price than the original item, Platinum Born will issue a refund. If the newly selected item is priced higher than the exchanged item, the difference will be charged.
